  • Establish and foster strong relationship with key stakeholders in the area
  • Act as the Client’s single point of contact in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for capital works, blending client’s specific requirements with local business needs.
  • Spearhead Client’s process for business approval in the region, review before formal submission into Client’s systems.
  • Where JLL are the Site Manager, identify, develop, and gather key resources to lead the Site Facility Management.
  • Communicate and drive compliance in the capture of data necessary to make full use of JLL and / or Client Reporting and Business Intelligence Systems.
  • Ensure that changes to scope or budget are reported on and managed in compliance with Client procedures.
  • Guide IFM team and ensure they deliver the operation, on time and in budget with the required standards for site operation and data quality.Ensure that the report accurately on the status of the operation.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures, processes and Program methodology are adhered to and are fit for purpose.
  • Lead and program manage delivery of all regional & global initiatives and programs as directed
  • Act as a point of escalation, liaising with Lead Facility Manager and JLL Country leads to resolve matters in relation to project stress
  • Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on operation and documentation. Ensure best practices are being followed and hold Local Site Lead accountable for driving quality control at all stages of the operation.
  • Optimizes tasks within scope to improve individual and team efficiency. Identifies process improvement opportunity.
  • Manages the meetings effectively and drives detailed discussions.
  • Higher levels require ability to put the right people in the room, communicate across an increasingly diverse team/areas and achieve high-level alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Regional Team to lead the global/regional project or programs in your areas. Check the progress on all project triticale path elements and run on-site meetings as required.
  • Manage teams. Actively hires, retains and develops team. Responsible for their safety, engagement and development. Onboards and mentors team members.
  • Understands their performance bar and holds team members accountable. Coaches and provide feedback. Manage their performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Lead the project. Collaborate with other JLL team (D&C, PDS and Engineering) and professionals such as architects, designer and estimator before construction commence.
  • Check and understand the progress on all projects and these critical path elements. Run on-site construction meetings as required. Create estimation and schedule for projects.
  • Be an advocate for and assures compliance of Health and Safety best practice with JLL and Client policy
  • Proactively work to resolve deficiencies in project delivery and escalate accordingly to the Local Site Lead.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIAExperience

  • Working experience in Facility Management and team management
  • Working experience in project management or program management
  • Possess good IT skills
  • Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
