Description du poste : A pioneering fitness technology company that integrates AI into home strength training.Manufacturing Issue ResolutionAct as the mechanical expert on-site to evaluate and resolve production line issues related to molds, assemblies, and subassemblies.Provide feedback and suggestions directly to the engineering team for faster decision-making.Engineering Change ManagementManage and track ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), deviations, and waivers.Ensure accurate documentation and implementation across suppliers and internal teams.Process & Manufacturing OptimizationSupport NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including tooling validation, DFM reviews, and production readiness.Understand and work with various manufacturing technologies such as plastic/metal injection molding, welding, and stamping.Quality SupportCollaborate with QC teams to handle major quality issues.Analyze root causes and coordinate necessary changes with design and manufacturing teams.1. 具備至少3年以上製造之製程改善/優化相關經驗2. 熟悉塑膠/金屬加工模具、組裝等製程3. 具備流利英文能力專科以上
