*此為長期派遣職務,可接受者再投遞履歷*This role is to support business development, process day to day sales operation and administration works for Business team.I. Sales Operations:
Process contracts & AU letter timely.
Process vendor setup, VAT invoice for licensee and PO management timely.
Support licensee to process ILS
Collect sales reports with licensees to hit the timeline and drive data accuracy
Support licensees on submitting and processing various reports to internal systemsI. Administration assitance:
Interface with various Disney departments and external partners
Company event and activities support, meeting administrative support, team meeting notes.
Compose, type, copy, file and fax correspondence, light translation (written/ speaking).
Support Directors to monitor all T&E and team budget control, prepare travel arrangement and expense reports.
Office daily administration management, office supply purchasing.II. Business Development projects:
Execute and track the marketing campaigns initiated by Business Managers
Coordinate the exposure of licensees’ new product or campaign on Disney owned social platforms (Facebook/ Instagram)
Conduct preliminary communication with potential clients to gather background information and specific needs for Business Manager to follow upRequirements
- Strong organization and communication skill
- Attention to details and logical thinking
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Ambitions for learning & continuous improvement
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook is preferred
- Fluency in English is a plus
Education:
- Business related bachelor degree or college education
- Secretarial training desired
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an assistant role, providing support and administration for sales or marketing teams
- Prior experience with client or partner facing pregerred
- Prior experience of data consolidation and system processing preferred
- Prior experience of event coordination and execution is a plus
Strong organization and communication skill
Attention to details and logical thinking
Team player and able to work under pressure
Ambitions for learning & continuous improvement
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook is preferred
