Team Structure: 4 member teamAs a C&B Director you will lead Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and local labor laws. You will oversee payroll, social insurance, labor cost planning, and HR systems. The role also involves supporting a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations and compliance. The responsibilities include:
– Manage pay, bonuses, and benefits programs to match company policies and improve employee satisfaction
– Oversee payroll, taxes, and social insurance, working closely with vendors and legal advisors
– Help plan and track labor costs, headcounts, and HR reports to support business decisions
– Keep HR systems accurate and updated, and work with IT to make needed changes
– Support employee relations by helping resolve issues and ensuring company rules are followed.Qualifications– At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
– Minimum 3 years of people management experience
– Experience implementing or upgrading HR systems
– Experience working closely with the finance department; additional HR experience is a plus

給与 年給 800万円～1300万円程度
