- Plan and perform the modelling of physical objects (products, tools, buildings, power schedules, etc.) utilizing respective CAD/CAM tools, in order to build objects according to given specifications in the most efficient way.
- Liaise with customers to understand functionalities, specifications and design requirements.
- Design alternative solutions 3D design/solid modelling and discuss with accountable Project Manager or clients suitable options.
- Design engineering specifications for physical objects (incl. mechanical mechanisms, electrical systems, surface structures, tools etc.).
- Define key features to meet required functional specifications and monitor or conduct the 3D design process (especially in more sophisticated cases).
- Cooperate and monitor the production of prototypes, and check specifications and functionalities as agreed.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Natural Science
- 3 to 5 years
