• 建立並領導 Bjak 台灣的合規架構，確保遵守金管會相關法規與指引。
• 作為台灣監管機關（如金管會、保險局）之主要聯繫人。
• 建構、執行並優化本地合規政策與控制機制，因應市場變化。
• 持續追蹤法規變動，並為高階管理層提供策略性建議。
• 主導內部稽核、風險評估、調查與合規訓練計畫。
• 在市場導入與業務擴張階段，擔任公司內部合規顧問角色。

理想人選背景我們特別歡迎具以下其中之一經歷的專業人士：

• 前金管會官員，或曾與金管會密切合作者
• 退休保險業合規專家（特別是來自台灣大型保險公司者）
• 現任保險、銀行或其他受監管產業中的資深合規專業人士

任職資格

• 具 8 年以上保險、銀行或監管相關產業的合規經驗
• 熟悉台灣金融與保險相關法規制度
• 有成功與監管機關及重要利害關係人溝通合作的經驗
• 具備建立及擴展本地合規團隊的領導經驗
• 中文流利，具英文工作能力者佳

Notably, we are the first platform worldwide to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, paired with an instant talk-to-agent service.As we expand into Taiwan, we are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Head of Compliance to lead and build our compliance framework in this new market.Role SummaryThis is a mission-critical leadership role. You will be responsible for establishing Bjak Taiwan’s compliance operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary liaison with Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and other key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the compliance function for Bjak Taiwan in alignment with FSC regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Taiwan regulators and insurance authorities.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve compliance policies and controls tailored to local market dynamics.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, audits, and compliance training.
• Act as the internal compliance authority during market entry and scaling phases.

Ideal Candidate Background:We are specifically looking for candidates who meet at least one of the following profiles:

• Former FSC official or someone who has worked closely with the FSC.
• Retired insurance compliance professional (ideally from top insurers in Taiwan).
• Experienced insurance compliance professionals – now working in banking or other regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant compliance experience within the insurance, banking, or regulatory sectors in Taiwan.
• Strong familiarity with Taiwan’s financial and insurance regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record in stakeholder and regulatory management.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and scale local compliance teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in English is preferred.
