- 工作內容： Job Description:
● Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for equity products within the Consumer Banking division.● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.● Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, legal, compliance, operations) to bring new products and features to market.● Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.● Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and deliver product training to internal stakeholders. * 薪資待遇： 薪資面議(經常性薪資達4萬元含以上)

- Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
● Strong understanding of investment products and markets, specifically in Equity/ ETF/ Bond, etc.
● Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
