- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and traditional marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase public awareness of SEMI’s activities and events.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals, including digital marketing, PR, and social media, fostering creativity and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Value up SEMI’s global brand and presence and prospective members understand SEMI’s value propositions.
- Drive brand awareness, traffic growth, membership participation through effective marketing communications.

- Strong communication skills including writing and presentation
- Great time management and marketing campaign management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally while able to work independently
- Confidence to share opinions and suggest improvements
- Able to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction and guidance
- Quick learner and feel comfortable with fast-paced working environment
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role for over 6 years, with a track record of successful campaigns in B2B field. Experience in technology industry marketing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
