– Strong retail background, with strong knowledge from order capture, order management to fulfillment end to end cycle.
– Good consulting background
– Strong leadership potential, management experience is plus
– e-Commerce background is plus
– Channel integration (on-line and off-line integration) is plus
– Familiar with business process and operation in retail and supply chain area, such as业务拓展（开店）、运营标准化、客户管理、品类管理、营销策划、供应链及物流管理，零售、经代销管理.
– Good communication skill and have passion to work under pressure
– Accept frequent travel
