期間 : 6個月 (有機會延長合約或是轉正)
工作地點 : 新竹縣竹北市台元一街 (台元科學園區內)
主要是協助主管, 文件處理,內外及跨部門溝通協調, 業務會議安排, 廠商聯絡, 文案撰寫, 專案規劃及執行… 、需出差 (視業要需求外出至外縣市開會/洽公)
工作經驗: 6年以上
學歷要求:大學、碩士
語文條件: 英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)工作內容:
Coordination and Project Management:
- Assist the Head of Marketing in coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the department head.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, write, and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
Team Support and Collaboration:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing as needed.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team.
條件:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Experience in marketing, with a focus on project coordination and content creation.
-Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
-Strong organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
