- Create and execute art strategies across multiple regions in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
- Design captivating visual content for various channels to enhance brand presence.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image.
- Stay abreast of content trends and identify creative improvement opportunities.
- Keep updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.
- Effectively manage multiple design projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements accurately.
- Thoroughly review and proofread designs to guarantee accuracy and top-notch quality.
- Prioritize usability and accessibility by optimizing graphics and layouts.
- Exhibit efficiency and productivity in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Effectively balance multiple projects by utilizing exceptional time management skills.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry
- Demonstrated ability to produce creative content across multiple channels
- Preferably a background in the dental, healthtech, or medical industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics tools
- A strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives
- Analytical skills to effectively analyze feedback and data to continuously improve design outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Keen eye for aesthetic details
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
- Proven efficiency in delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
