1、
具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
2、
掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识

掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统
3、
了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售
3、
能够掌握和理解市场和竞争
4、
必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力
5、
良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件
6、
良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
7、
独立工作和团队工作的能力
8、
