Technology and Information GovernanceAdminister legal tech software, including contract management system and ESG reporting platformManage legal tech projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgetOrganise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring access control, accessibility, standardisation and version control2. Business IntelligenceCollect, consolidate and analyse legal data as well as ESG data to support decision-making and strategyInput into systems and report on key operational and substantive legal data3. Financial ManagementManage, track and report on legal budgets and expenses, including verifying expenses and processing invoices4. Operational SupportDevelop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiencyProvide general administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing calendar, handling documents, procuring supplies5. - Business / Finance / Law degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of operation or administrative experience
- Able to work as a sole contributor in a fast-paced and agile corporate environment
- Multi-tasker, self-starter and team player
- Logical, strong desire to learn and grow and creative
- Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in developing, implementing and using legal technology solutions or project management (PMP) is a plus
