Ce rôle s’adresse aux candidats actuellement inscrits dans un programme de diplôme universitaire ou récemment diplômés (dans les 12 derniers mois) en Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design ou dans un domaine connexe. Bien que l’expérience antérieure soit un atout, elle n’est pas obligatoire.
Compétences Requises
- Soif d’apprendre : Démontrer une volonté constante d’amélioration dans le domaine du design.
- Outils de Design : Maîtrise des outils de design, idéalement Figma, et compétences de base en prototypage.
- Connaissances en Design : Connaissance des concepts de mise en page, design responsive et mobile.
- Approche Centrée Utilisateur : Compréhension des principes et méthodologies de design.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Être à l’écoute des retours et favoriser une communication efficace.
Rôle et Responsabilités
En tant qu’Associate User Experience Designer, le candidat sera :
- Mentoré par un Senior Product Designer pour développer ses compétences.
- Impliqué dans la résolution de défis de design pour un logiciel d’entreprise basé sur le cloud.
- Contributeur à l’évolution continue du système de design Redwood, reconnu et primé.
- Intervenant dans un environnement collaboratif, en travaillant avec diverses équipes d’experts.
- Responsable de la présentation de solutions de design captivantes et de la communication de son processus créatif.
- Encouragé à apprendre et à maintenir à jour ses compétences en design.

Were looking for an individual who is currently enrolled in, or has recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from an undergraduate or postgraduate university degree program in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design or a related field. Work experience is a plus but not a must.What were looking for

– Be paired with and mentored by one of our Senior Product Designers who, together with your line manager and other design leaders will be supporting and guiding you towards becoming an exceptional Product Designer.
– Be part of a team working on solving exciting design challenges in a cloud-based enterprise software.
– Work with our established and awarded Redwood Design System, whilst contributing towards its continuous evolution.
– Receive support and work with a wide range of disciplines and subject matter experts such as researchers, content designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers and others.
– Learn to present compelling design solutions and effectively communicate your design process and decisions.
– Maintain an engaging, positive and productive collaborative environment when interacting with other designers, engineers, product managers and others.
– Take into account and understand user needs, business requirements and technical constraints – and work towards striking the best balance between these.
– Always apply critical thinking and aim to deeply understand the challenges and problems you are designing for.
– Continuously strive to learn and better you skillset and design craft.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX/Product Design.
– Become confident in advocating for user-centred design across multi-disciplinary teams.
