Ce poste stratégique vise à élargir le portefeuille d’hôtels en ligne d’eDreams ODIGEO par le biais de contrats et de gestions de comptes partenaires au sein de chaînes hôtelières. Le candidat retenu sera en charge de plusieurs comptes stratégiques, avec l’objectif de stimuler les volumes de ventes et d’atteindre des objectifs rentables.

Responsabilités clés

En tant que Strategic Partnership Manager, les responsabilités incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :

  • Établir des contacts avec des partenaires potentiels, présenter les avantages d’eDreams ODIGEO et négocier des accords de collaboration.
  • Délivrer des résultats en respectant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tout en poursuivant des objectifs stratégiques.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec des contacts clés des chaînes hôtelières afin de capitaliser sur les opportunités du marché.
  • Planifier et suivre des initiatives commerciales tout en optimisant les comptes en cours.
  • Faciliter la communication fluide avec les partenaires via divers canaux.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration des processus internes et à l’intégration de nouvelles technologies.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal doit démontrer les compétences et les qualités suivantes :

  • Un diplôme en gestion hôtelière ou une expérience pertinente dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie.
  • Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion des priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à jongler avec plusieurs tâches.
  • Compétences analytiques, notamment sur la gestion des revenus et l’optimisation des performances.
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle pour améliorer les processus de travail est un plus.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager in the Accommodation SP you will be in charge of:

  • Contact, pitch eDreams ODIGEO benefits and negotiate a collaboration agreement with the new assigned prospect partners.
  • Meet the KPI metrics for the assigned accounts by working towards profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives.
  • Execute effectively based on targets, goals and strategic objectives.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key people in assigned Hotel Chains by delivering superior consulting services and capturing marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Based on company priorities, to design a quarterly road map of business initiatives and follow up, including the optimization of live accounts assigned (content, rates and availability) & the contracting of prospects.
  • Ownership of building & presenting to each key person in every hotel chain account the quarterly business review and action plan to ensure we work commonly towards the same goal.
  • Secure promotional offers to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Manage and lead discussions with internal services such as Connectivity team to ensure the accomplishment of the sales volumes target.
  • Ensure fluent communication with assigned partners via email, phone, webinar and visits.
  • Provide ongoing input to the Head of Strategic partnership for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.
  • To actively participate in the Technological progression of the company by proposing new implementations and/or test new tools.

  • Hospitality Management degree or Hospitality background.
  • Good negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Team player, empathic and relationship builder. Action-oriented, results-focused and metrics-driven
  • Ability to generate ideas and multitask effectively

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Any other European languages are very welcome. * Yield and revenue management knowledge and analytical skills.

  • Good motivational skills and appetite for learning
  • IT skills: Channel Managers & Connectivity knowledge and Proficiency with CRM tools. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 33% of the time.

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
  • AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
  • Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
