We’re transforming the way businesses connect with agencies, making the process simple, efficient, and reliable.About the roleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the German market. This role is based in our Madrid office, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in Germany.Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of B2B clients in the German market, focusing on digital, marketing, creative, and IT service providers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client retention.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through a mix of outreach strategies, including calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking events.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager for Germany and contribute to strategic discussions on market growth.

✅Your Profile:

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or digital environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or tech sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English (a 3rd language is a plus).
  • Based in Madrid and open to a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).
