- Prospect and identify new customers and opportunities in territories assigned Korea customer.
- Manage and retain existing customer to develop new programs.
- Assist customer in resolving technical issues.
- Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors.
- Update and maintain Salesforce Database
- Follow up and update on Project status.
- Follow up with customers and update on forecast
- To follow through the sales process from order to shipment.
Customer Service
- Manage customer complaints.
- Manage customer RMA returns.
- Maintain and update Salesforce Contact Database
- Maintain focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners.
Systems and Processes
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures.
- To work closely with the inside sales, quality engineers, application engineers with other supporting staffs
자격 요건
- Preferably an Engineering Diploma and Degree with relevant Sales and Application experience
- Preferably with 3 years of established experience in technical sales and industrial distribution
- Good technical background especially in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
- Strong business acumen
