Responsabilités Clés

Profil Recherché

SimCorp recherche un candidat ayant :

  • Un diplôme en droit ou en gestion des contrats, avec une spécialisation en droit commercial.
  • 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de contrats ou en tant que conseiller juridique, idéalement dans les secteurs SaaS ou IT.
  • Compétences en droit commercial et connaissance des aspects réglementaires des services cloud.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, particulièrement Word et Excel, ainsi que des logiciels de gestion de contrats.

The CM supports all SimCorp offerings, including on-premise, SaaS, Professional Services and BPaaS. The CM is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various contracts with clients, as well as providing legal advice and guidance on contract and commercial matters. The CM also ensures that the contracts are compliant with the law and the business objectives, and that SimCorp performs its obligations under the Contract Assurance & Performance framework.The CM works closely with the Group Legal team, Customer Success Management, Service Delivery Management, Project Management Office, and other internal stakeholders to understand the business and technical requirements, and to align the contracts with the best practices and standards of SimCorp. The CM also collaborates with Client Services to monitor and optimize the commercial performance and quality of the contracts.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORThe CM is involved in the entire contract lifecycle, from the pre-contractual phase and support to Customer Success Management, to the onboarding project, to the contract change management, to the obligation management and quality assurance, to the exit handling.The CM also manages and maintains together with the team the contract repository and the contractual database and supports the further implementation of contract management processes and relevant tools within SimCorp, including the upcoming Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform.Group Contract Management’s ways of working are in an agile manner under a SCRUM and OKR based framework to track and enable efficient and continued process improvement. The CM will be part of a self-organizing and cross-functional team that delivers value to the clients and the business.As a CM, some of the daily or weekly tasks that you can expect are:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing client contracts, and ensuring that they are aligned with the legal, commercial and technical requirements
  • Business partnering through legal advice and guidance on contract and commercial matters, and resolving contract-related issues and disputes
  • Supporting the Customer Success Management, the Service Delivery Managers, the Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders with contract and legal interpretations
  • Monitoring and optimizing the commercial performance and quality of the contracts, and collaborating with the business on pricing and commercial management
  • Supporting the obligation management and quality assurance process, and ensuring that SimCorp performs its obligations under the Contract Assurance & Performance framework
  • Supporting the exit handling process, and assisting with drafting termination notices and handling contractual obligations related to the exit strategy
  • Participating in agile ceremonies, such as weekly status meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
  • Learning and developing new skills and competencies related to contract management and legal matters

WHAT WE VALUE

  • A law degree or a relevant degree in contract management, contract administration, or business administration, with a focus on commercial law
  • 3-6 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or as a legal counsel, prеfеrаbly in the SaaS, Outsourcing or IT industry
  • Knowledge of contract and commercial law, as well as the legal and regulatory aspects of SaaS and cloud services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and in contract management software and tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
