Les candidats doivent être diplômés en Médecine Vétérinaire ou en Nutrition/Sciences Animales. L’objectif principal est d’identifier des opportunités de croissance et de développer le portefeuille client dans un domaine dynamique qui produit et commercialise des vitamines, eubiotiques et enzymes.
Principaux objectifs :
Les responsabilités clés incluent :
- *Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales* et développer un marché propre ;
- *Définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action* pour les clients existants et pour conquérir de nouveaux comptes ;
- Élaborer *des plans de visites clients*, gérer les flux de trésorerie et faire des rapports au service des ventes et à la finance ;
- *Suivre de près* les situations économiques des clients pour optimiser le portefeuille client ;
- Collecter des informations pertinentes concernant les clients et la concurrence ;
- Coordonner et garantir la résolution des plaintes clients.

Qualifications requises :
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- *Diplôme de niveau bachelor* en Médecine Vétérinaire, Ingénierie Agronomique ou Nutrition/Sciences Animales ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et *orientation client* ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en restant concentré ;
- *Compétences en présentation, vente et négociation* exceptionnelles ;
- Anglais courant et maîtrise du turc ;
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels ;
- Permis de conduire valide.

- To identify new business opportunities and develop own market
- To define and implement customer action plans for existing and to win new accounts.
- Creating customer visit plans, cash collection and reporting to Sales and Finance
- Close follow up the economical situations of the customers to be proactive and optimizing customer portfolio.
- Collecting relevant customer and competitor information
- Coordinating and ensuring resolution of customer complaints
- This position will report to the Head of Sales based in Turkiye.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Engineer, Animal Nutrition / Science
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus
- Results oriented with excellent relationship building abilities
- Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills
- Concise and astute communication skills
- Demonstrated superior sales project management skills and evidence of the ability to successfully complete projects
- Turkish native and English fluent
- Availability for travelling
- Driving license
