Le Spécialiste de Compte est chargé de soutenir les Responsables de Comptes et les Responsables Seniors dans l’administration efficace des programmes clients. Les principales responsabilités comprennent :
- Soutenir les opérations : Assurer l’exécution rapide et satisfaisante des tâches administratives, contribuant ainsi à la satisfaction des clients et aux objectifs de revenu de Rakuten.
- Interaction avec les clients : Maintenir une communication fluide via e-mail, tout en établissant des relations internes solides à travers des échanges réguliers.
- Gestion des ressources internes : Utiliser efficacement les outils internes de l’entreprise pour aider les Responsables de Comptes à fournir un service de haute qualité.
