Responsabilités Clés
Le poste d’Accounts Payable Team Leader implique un ensemble varié de responsabilités, telles que :
- Prise d’initiative : Assumer la responsabilité des performances comptables et des cibles de coût définies.
- Conformité : Veiller à la conformité avec les principes comptables pour répondre aux exigences d’audit.
- Gestion de l’équipe : Fournir un soutien quotidien à l’équipe et encadrer les nouvelles recrues.
- Amélioration des processus : Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation et participer aux initiatives de redesign de processus.
- Communication : Être le premier point de contact lors des audits internes et externes.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder un profil solide, comprenant notamment :
- Formation : Diplôme en économie ou administration des affaires, spécialisation en comptabilité.
- Compétences linguistiques : Très bon niveau d’anglais (min. B2), avec des connaissances en allemand étant un atout.
- Expérience : Familiarité avec SAP FI/CO et MS Office, en particulier Excel.
- Compétences : Capacités d’organisation, compétences analytiques, et aptitude à travailler sous pression.
- Leadership : Prouesse dans la gestion d’équipes et des parties prenantes multiples.

- Taking initiative and responsibility for positive results of defined accounting performance and cost targets
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles to facilitate audit requirements mandatory and EHS, quality management, lCS and Business Conduct policies and guidelines
- Managing of optimization of working schedules, procedures and tool settings to enable appropriate reporting of financial data
- Coordinating work schedules including securing proper back-up structure and desktop procedures being up to date
- Managing AP Team in order to provide daily work support to team members and on-the-job-training for new team members
- Managing incidents resolution
- Recruiting, onboarding and managing employees, playing a key role as mentor in the career planning including succession and talent management
- Building and maintaining a trusting and feedback-welcoming environment
- Coordinating of the pre-onboarding activities and onboarding of new team members
- Ensuring operational processes governed by KPIs and agreed on targets
- Being the first point of contact in case of internal and external audits, maintaining audit documentation for internal and external audit purposes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, robotics implementation and supporting process re-design initiatives to improve productivity
- Managing communication with the entities and addressing issues raised by the entities (stakeholder support and management)
Your Qualifications
- Degree in economics or business administration with a major in accounting
- Very good English skills (min. B2), knowledge of German will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience in usage of SAP FI/CO
- Good organizational and coordination skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in teams, under pressure and within all deadlines
- Openness for continuous improvement (willing to address innovative ideas, open to feedback)
- Strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills, customer orientation with the ability to set proper priorities
- People Leader with strong communication skills with a proven track of building up teams
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders’ environment
- Strongly analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset with a technical understanding
- Experienced in change management and process transformation
