Mission du Poste

Le rôle principal de ce poste est de soutenir la transition vers un outil d’automatisation des comptes fournisseurs basé sur l’IA au sein de l’organisation des services partagés comptables. Le candidat idéal sera un acteur clé dans la gestion des activités opérationnelles quotidiennes et sera impliqué dans l’implémentation de cet outil innovant.

Responsabilités Clés :

• *Support opérationnel quotidien pour l’équipe des comptes fournisseurs* durant la période de transition.
• *Coordinations pratiques* pour l’implémentation, y compris durant les phases de lancement et de suivi post-implémentation.
• *Gestion des problèmes opérationnels*, incluant la préparation d’analyses des causes racines pour les problèmes critiques.
• *Organisation et livraison de formations* et d’activités de gestion du changement pour les membres de l’équipe AP et autres parties prenantes.
• *Suivi et amélioration des KPI* post-implémentation, tout en maintenant une documentation rigoureuse des processus et des retours d’expérience.
• *Agir en tant qu’interface* entre le fournisseur de l’outil d’IA et les départements internes.

Compétences Requises

Le candidat doit posséder un ensemble de compétences interpersonnelles et techniques, notamment :

• *Compétences solides en communication* pour interagir efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les parties prenantes variées.
• *Compréhension approfondie des processus des comptes fournisseurs* et du processus Procure-to-Pay (PTP).

Qualifications

Éducation :

• Licence en Finance, Comptabilité, Administration des affaires ou domaine connexe requise.
• Certifications professionnelles (comme ACCA ou PMP) sont un atout, mais non obligatoires.

Expérience :

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans les opérations des comptes fournisseurs ou le PTP.
• Implication antérieure dans des projets d’implémentation ou d’automatisation appréciée.
• Expérience dans un environnement de services partagés est un plus.

📝 Description du poste : Overview:This role is responsible for supporting the Procure-to-Pay Process Owner in the successful transition and operational stabilization of a newly introduced AI-based Accounts Payable automation tool within the Accounting Shared Services organization. The person will drive daily operational activities independently, work closely with AP, IT, Procurement, and other finance/business stakeholders to support the tool rollout. This person will serve as a key point of contact for operational issue resolution, process monitoring, and training delivery. The role plays a critical part in driving user adoption, change management and managing go-live and hypercare activities, and ensuring post-implementation KPIs are met and continuously improved without disruption to business operations.How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Act as a daily operational support contact for the Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing) team during the transition period
• Provide hands-on operational support and coordination for the AI tool implementation, including during the go-live and hypercare periods
• Handle and escalate operational issues to the PTP Process Owner as needed
• Prepare RCA for recurring or critical process issues
• Coordinate and deliver training, onboarding, and change management activities for AP team members, Procurement, and Business Approvers.
• Support the PTP Process Owner / Project Owner with continuous success KPI monitoring and identification of process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the stabilization and optimization of key KPIs in the post go-live phase
• Ensure that process documentation, issue logs, and feedback loops are maintained and continuously updated
• Serve as a liaison between the AI tool provider, internal IT, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant business stakeholders
• Supporting the tool implementation globally for EMEA, US and APAC regions
• Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and their application within finance processes; actively seeks opportunities to leverage AI tools to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with AP team members, cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Procurement, Finance), and leadership
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes; experience with process transitions or system implementations is a strong advantage
• Process-oriented and detail-focused mindset with a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing inefficiencies
• Ability to handle operational escalations and facilitate timely resolution through root cause analysis and follow-up
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; able to support transition activities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in parallel during go-live and stabilization phases
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, finance automation platforms, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver training or onboarding materials across diverse stakeholder groups
• Analytical thinking and reporting skills; able to interpret operational KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and resilience; capable of working independently while supporting a larger transformation effort
• Collaborative, team-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement
• Professional English fluency, both written and spoken

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage but not mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), or related finance operations
• Prior involvement in system implementations, process transitions, or finance automation projects is highly preferred
• Experience in working within a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders
• Previous experience in training, onboarding, or change management activities is desirable
• Exposure to project coordination or process improvement initiatives is beneficial, even if not in a formal project manager role
