Le poste d’**Accounts Receivable Team Leader with German** implique la gestion d’une équipe de professionnels dédiée à la gestion des comptes clients. Ce rôle englobe une multitude de responsabilités allant de la supervision du processus de gestion de la trésorerie à l’amélioration des processus opérationnels.
Responsabilités clés
- Encadrer une équipe de plus de 10 professionnels responsables de la gestion intégrale des créances clients.
- Motiver, soutenir et superviser tous les membres de l’équipe AR.
- Attirer, recruter et former de nouveaux employés, tout en établissant des objectifs clairs pour chaque membre.
- Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle en termes d’indicateurs de performance (KPI) et de cibles convenues.
- Maintenir des performances conformes à l’audit dans le traitement quotidien des comptes clients.
- Préparer des rapports mensuels et soutenir le Service Delivery Manager avec des idées et des analyses.
- Identifier des opportunités pour des améliorations de processus et soutenir les initiatives de redéfinition.
- Gérer la communication avec les entités via des réunions de révision régulières.
- Prendre en charge les nouveaux processus de transition dans le domaine des comptes clients.
- Participer à des projets globaux et régionaux.
Qualifications requises
- Expérience significative en gestion des comptes clients (plusieurs années).
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en leadership.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus comptables AR, avec capacité à répondre aux questions procédurales de l’équipe.
- Une solide expérience des processus comptables et financiers est nécessaire (e.g. normes IFRS, règles comptables allemandes).
- Compétences requises en SAP FI/CO/PS et MS Office.
- Une expérience dans un centre de services partagé pour une entreprise mondiale est un atout.
- Compétences linguistiques en polonais (niveau B2 minimum), en allemand et en anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
- Expérience en gestion du changement et transformation des processus.
- Capacité à relier logiquement les faits entre les comptes clients, les comptes fournisseurs et le grand livre général.
- Compétences interpersonnelles, de gestion du temps et d’analyse solides.
- Flexibilité et aptitude à s’adapter.
- Disposition à voyager à l’international.

- Managing a team of professionals processing full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management and Accounts Receivable master data management (10+ employees)
- Supervising, supporting and motivating all AR team members
- Attracting, recruiting, onboarding and guiding the employees
- Setting clear goals for the team members
- Ensuring operational process excellence with regards to KPIs and agreed-on targets
- Mantaining the audit-compliant performance of the AR day-to-day process
- Preparing monthly reports and supporting the Service Delivery Manager with expertise and ideas
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, robotics implementation and supporting process re-design initiatives to improve productivity
- Managing communication with the entities (through periodic review meetings) and addressing issues raised by the entities (stakeholder support and management)
- Taking responsibility for the new transition processes in the AR area
- Participating in global and regional initiatives and projects
Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of AR Accounting process including ability to support AR Team with the process related questions
- Solid experience in accounting and finance processes required (e.g. IFRS, German GAAP accounting rules)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS system and MS Offices is required
- Previous experience in a Financial Shared Service Center for a global company is an asset
- Excellent Polish skills (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Experience in Change Management and Process Transformation, experience in in transferring processes from other entities is an advantage
- Ability to connect facts in a logical structure between Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking and time management skills to enable quickly gaining trust and building up solid working relationships
- Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
- Very good communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness for international travel activities
