Responsabilités Principales
Le rôle principal de ce poste sera d’interagir avec les usagers à différents stades de leur parcours de soins, soutenant ainsi l’engagement thérapeutique. Les tâches principales incluent :
- Planification et réalisation de programmes d’activités, tant individuelles que collectives, au sein d’un environnement de soins désigné.
- Collaboration avec divers services, notamment en santé et fitness, au sein de la Recovery College et des Services de Thérapie Réhabilitation.
- Travail créatif et flexible tout en recevant un encadrement et une supervision mensuelle d’un professionnel de santé enregistré.
- Modélisation des comportements appropriés et soutien aux usagers dans le développement de compétences sociales et de tâches.

The post holder must be able to provide and support the development of individual and ward based activities.The post holder must demonstrate the ability to work well within a team as well as display self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.This post offers an opportunity for individuals looking to develop their existing experience within mental health settings in a role that will provide both personal and professional growth. and professionallyMain duties of the jobThe purpose of this post is to engage with service users at various stages along the care pathway to support therapeutic input/engagement and specifically to plan and deliver programmes of activities (individual and group) both within a designated ward setting and jointly work with other services including Health and Fitness, Recovery College and Rehabilitation Therapy Services.The post-holder will be required to work independently and with autonomy in the delivery of individual and group activities, and will be required to directly support junior staff, learners and volunteers.The person is also required to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, health care professionals and outside agencies.
