This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Associate to support Global Mobility operations in Taiwan.This role will be responsible for administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth execution of global mobility processes, payment transactions, immigration compliance, and employee services.The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities

  • Payment & Expense Processing – Handle vendor payments, relocation expenses, tuition fees, housing payments, and travel-related costs.
  • Immigration & Work Authorization Support – Assist with work permits, visa applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Payroll & Tax Support – Provide data collection and validation for payroll and year-end tax settlement processes.
  • Employee & HR Support – Respond to inquiries, support expatriate onboarding, and manage case distribution.
  • Operational Coordination – Work closely with internal teams (HR, Finance, Payroll) and external vendors to ensure seamless global mobility operations.
  • Data & Records Management – Maintain Global Mobility databases, benefit records, lease agreements, and system updates.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting – Identify efficiencies in administrative processes and provide reporting insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, Global Mobility, HR operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Workday, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
