Ce rôle stratégique s’inscrit au sein de l’équipe environnementale en pleine expansion à Kuala Lumpur. L’ingénieur sera chargé de fournir un soutien technique avancé aux opérations mondiales, avec un accent particulier sur l’estimation, la surveillance et le contrôle des émissions atmosphériques.
Missions Principales
*En tant qu’Advanced Air Engineer, les responsabilités incluent :*
- Développer des outils pour estimer et mesurer les émissions atmosphériques à travers les opérations mondiales d’ExxonMobil.
- Assurer un support opérationnel en fournissant des conseils et des solutions de dépannage pour les technologies de contrôle des émissions atmosphériques dans les installations de pétrole et de pétrochimie.
- Élaborer des stratégies pour la sélection des technologies de contrôle des émissions, en veillant à respecter les critères économiques, réglementaires et de durabilité.
- Collaborer avec des experts mondiaux et des équipes de projet pour évaluer et déployer des technologies liées aux émissions atmosphériques.
- Participer au développement de projets, y compris la conception et la mise en service de nouvelles installations.
- Offrir un encadrement technique aux ingénieurs impliqués dans des initiatives relatives à l’air.
Des déplacements vers des sites opérationnels et d’autres voyages internationaux peuvent être nécessaires.
Profil Recherché
Compétences et Qualifications :
– Diplôme en *Ingénierie Environnementale, Génie Civil ou Génie Chimique* (ou équivalent).
– Entre *5 et 10 ans d’expérience* en estimation des émissions atmosphériques et solutions de contrôle, de préférence dans le secteur pétrolier et pétrochimique.
– Expérience avérée dans l’opération, la conception ou le dépannage de technologies de contrôle des émissions (par exemple, *Flare, SCR, Filtres électrostatiques*).
– Connaissances en systèmes de surveillance des émissions (CEMS, PEMS, OGI).
– Excellente capacité de *résolution de problèmes* techniques.
– Maîtrise de l’anglais requise ; une expérience dans l’industrie pétrolière et gazière est un atout.
– Flexibilité pour participer à des réunions virtuelles, incluant des horaires variés.

-You will be part of our exciting and rapidly expanding Kuala Lumpur Environmental team working and collaborating on a global scale providing advanced technical support to ExxonMobil global operations.
-As an experienced Advanced Air Engineer, you will provide engineering expertise to support our global operations including new projects, focusing on air emissions estimating, monitoring, and control technologies.What you will do
-Develop guidance and tools for estimating and measuring air emissions from sources across ExxonMobil global operations.
-Support facilities operations: Provide troubleshooting and operating guidance for air emissions control technology at Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities.
-Develop strategies for the selection of air emissions and control technology for projects at Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities that meet economic, regulatory, and sustainability targets.
-Collaborate with other global technology experts and project teams to evaluate, develop, and deploy air emissions estimating, measurement, and control technologies.
-Support project development: design, development, engineering and start-up of new and/or modified facilities.
-Proactive collaboration and contribution to assigned teams including technical guidance and mentoring to engineers working on air-related initiatives.
-Visits to operating sites and other international travel may be required.About youSkills and Qualifications-B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
-5 – 10+ years of experience in developing air emissions estimates, monitoring and/or controls solutions, preferably for the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industrial sector.
-Demonstrated experience in operating, designing, and/or troubleshooting air emissions control technology (i.e., Flare, Selective Catalytic Reduction, Wet Gas Scrubbers, Electrostatic Precipitators)
-Demonstrated knowledge in estimating and measuring of air emissions and monitoring programs/technology such as CEMS, PEMS, OGI from Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities
-Problem solving skills: Identify and implement improvements and apply broad technical and business skills and expertise to solve complex problems.
-English fluency a must; oil & gas industry experience preferred
-Flexibility to support a global team, including virtual meetings in mornings and evenings
