Contexte : Le poste d’Analyste en Identification des Actionnaires s’inscrit au sein de l’équipe de Conseil aux Entreprises dS&P Global. Ce rôle est essentiel pour fournir des informations de marché aux émetteurs, en les aidant à dialoguer efficacement avec les investisseurs institutionnels.

Équipe de travail : L’équipe gère des sociétés publiques présentes en EMEA, offrant des services tels que l’Intelligence sur les Actionnaires et le Conseil. Le candidat sélectionné utilisera les outils d’analyse avancés fournis par S&P Global afin d’approfondir sa compréhension des marchés financiers.

Principaux avantages : Cette position permet d’établir des relations solides avec des émetteurs européens de premier plan, tout en développant une expertise sur des sujets tels que l’ESG (environnement, social et gouvernance), l’activisme actionnarial, et les relations avec les investisseurs.


Responsabilités Clés

  • Analyse et Recherche : Réaliser des recherches détaillées et fournir des analyses pour informer les clients sur les comportements des investisseurs institutionnels.
  • Relations Client : Développer et maintenir des relations avec les équipes de relations investisseurs et les directions exécutives des entreprises clientes.
  • Utilisation des Données : Collaborer avec des analystes et chercheurs à l’échelle mondiale pour identifier les actionnaires pertinents des clients.
  • Rapports : Préparer des rapports réguliers et ad hoc sur l’activité des investisseurs institutionnels et les sujets impactant le marché.
  • Amélioration des Services : Contribuer activement à l’évolution de l’offre de services de l’équipe pour le bénéfice des clients.

Profil Recherché

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Compétences en communication de haut niveau.
  • Connaissance des marchés boursiers ; une expérience en relations investisseurs serait un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes compétences en Excel et outils d’analyse de données.

Un minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle est souhaité. La maîtrise de plusieurs langues est un avantage appréciable.
