À propos du poste : Le/la spécialiste en reporting d’agriculture sera responsable de la préparation des rapports d’activité agricole et des tableaux de bord, ainsi que de l’exécution des activités de support.
Responsabilités clés :
Avant la saison :
- Création de fournisseurs.
- Préparation de tous les documents contractuels pour l’équipe agricole.
- Développement du tableau de bord de couverture des contrats pour le suivi des performances quotidiennes.
- Gestion des plans de mise en décharge avec tous les fournisseurs de jeunes plants.
- Enregistrement des contrats dans le système SAP.
- Enregistrement des rapports de plantation dans le système.
- Gestion des avances de paiement liées aux contrats dans SAP.
- Coordination du personnel travaillant dans la zone d’attente.
- Demande de matériel pour l’équipe agricole via le SRM.
- Fournir des documents à jour pour soutenir les responsables régionaux agricoles.
Pendant la saison :
- Développement d’un tableau de bord pour le suivi des performances des cultivateurs.
- Contrôle des prix et coûts des matières premières.
- Contrôle et conversion des matières premières entrantes en factures électroniques.
- Coordination entre les leaders du champ agricole et l’usine.
- Vérification des exonérations fiscales.
- Préparation de rapports sur les coûts des matières premières.
- Suivi du tonnage et des montants des contrats réalisés.
- Résumé des données pour les rapports d’activités agricoles hebdomadaires.
- Création de demandes d’achat en coordination avec le service des achats.
- Suivi des processus de distribution et de facturation des avances en nature.
- Information des agriculteurs sur leurs comptes courants à l’usine.
- Préparation des listes de paiement et envoi au service des finances.
- Participation aux réunions mensuelles de l’agriculture.
- Suivi des étapes d’achat et de contrat pour le transport de matières premières.
- Surveillance des entrées de transport dans le système GNS.
- Soutien aux opérations d’approvisionnement en matières premières.
- Vérification des surfaces agricoles.
- Contact avec les agriculteurs/fournisseurs pour la facturation.
- Mise à jour des documents écrits relatifs à l’agriculture.
- Exécution des tâches définies par le manager pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’équipe.
- Vérification des factures logistiques et des besoins quotidiens en camions.
- Rapport sur les dettes des fournisseurs contractés.
- Rapport quotidien sur les coûts des matières premières.
- Entrée quotidienne des prix spot dans GNS.
Exigences :
- Diplôme de niveau Licence en Comptabilité, Finance, Administration des affaires.
- 1-2 ans d’expérience en Achats (expérience agricole préférée).
- Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire.
- Capacité à évaluer les risques et à prendre des décisions.
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Capacité à inspirer l’excellence et à s’orienter vers l’action.
- Attention aux détails et compétences en résolution de problèmes.

📝 Description du poste : Job DescriptionAbout the PositionTo be the responsible for the Leading the preparation of Agriculture Activity Reports and dashboards and execution of support activities.Key AccountabilitiesBefore Season
- Vendor creation
- Preparation of all contract documents to be provided to Agriculture team for signatures
- Lead the development of contract coverage dashboard for daily performance tracking
- Ensure that dispatch and management plans are created with all seedling vendors
- Registration of contracts to SAP system
- Registration of planting reports to the system
- Entrance advance payments used in SAP related to contracts and making warehouse entries and warehouse exit
- Arrangement of personnel to work in waiting area(drivers of tractor, groundman), follow-up of their work processes with HR.
- Request for materials to be used for Agri Team through SRM
- Providing up-to-date document statements to support Agricultural Regional Managers during contract times,
During Season
- Lead the development of dashboard for daily performance monitoring of growers
- Price and cost control of daily raw material entries through the system.
- Conversion of incoming raw materials into e-waybills by controlling waybills through the system.
- Agricultural field leaders / factory coordination.
- Tax exemption checks.
- Preparation of raw material cost reports and reporting to relevant persons
- Control and follow-up of realized contract tonnage and amount
- Arrangement of system data summary for weekly agricultural activity reports
- Creating and supplying purchasing requests on the system by working in coordination with purchasing for the in-kind advance supply
- Follow-up of distribution and invoicing processes of advances in kind
- Giving information and documents related to their current accounts to the farmers who come to the factory
- Preparing payment lists and sending them to finance,
- Attending monthly Agricultural meetings attended by the Director of Agriculture,
- Monitoring of purchasing and contract stages of raw material transportation,
- Monitoring of raw material transportation entries to GNS system and invoicing processes,
- Supporting operations in raw material supply (weighbridge, square coordination, monitoring and reporting of seasonal agricultural personnel in the factory area),
- Conducting field square checks,
- Contacting farmers/brokers who supply raw materials, having invoices issued and delivering invoices to accounting on time,
- Keeping all written documents such as contracts, forms, procedures, etc. related to agricultural issues up-to-date and ensuring their follow-up.
- To full fill the duties determined by the manager in order to ensure the continuity of the functioning within the team.
- Logistic invoice check and invoicing, inform daily logistic company for daily truck need
- Report debt of contracted suppliers
- Daily raw material cost report
- GNS daily spot price entry
Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is preferable
- 1-2 years’ experience Procurement (Agricultural is preferred)
- English level – intermediate
