Rôles et Responsabilités

En tant que Tutor Assistant, vous serez un acteur clé dans l’expérience d’apprentissage du Programme d’Automatisation AI. Vous contribuerez à :

Évaluation des Projets : Revoir et évaluer les travaux des étudiants, en fournissant des retours clairs et constructifs.
Support aux Étudiants : Répondre aux questions via le Tripleten Hub pour aider les étudiants à surmonter des obstacles.
Séances de Co-Working : Animer des sessions informelles où les étudiants peuvent poser des questions et recevoir de l’aide.
Compréhension des Concepts : Aider les étudiants à saisir les concepts, outils et cas d’utilisation liés à l’automatisation.
Encouragement d’un Environnement Positif : Valoriser un climat d’apprentissage collaboratif par une communication respectueuse et motivante.

Successfully completing this assignment will be the first step in the interview process.In the Role**These positions are based in the LATAM market***Tutor Assistants are an essential part of the learning experience in the AI Automation Program. They help students stay on track, provide timely and constructive feedback on their work, and support them in building both technical and professional skills throughout their journey.Tutor Assistants work closely with Expert Tutors and the student support team to ensure students feel guided, encouraged, and empowered to grow.What you will do:As a Tutor Assistant, you’ll support students by providing both asynchronous and synchronous guidance, including:

Reviewing and evaluating student projects, offering clear, actionable, and encouraging feedback on their solutions.

Answering student questions on the Tripleten Hub ****(Circle) to help them move forward when they’re stuck or confused.

Hosting short, informal sessions like Co-working Hours, where students can drop in, ask questions, and get help with their current tasks.

Supporting students in understanding automation concepts, tools, and use cases covered in the program.

Encouraging a positive and collaborative learning environment through timely, respectful, and motivating communication.

2+ year of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, ideally within the marketing, customer success, or tech industry

A solid understanding of how AI can be applied to optimize real-world processes, especially in tech or marketing contexts.

Experience in peer support, tutoring, mentoring, or helping others learn.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain ideas clearly and kindly.

Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones.
