Cette position s’inscrit dans le cadre des initiatives de transformation technologique d’Accenture, plus particulièrement au sein de son équipe dédiée aux systèmes de simulation pour la défense. Les Defense Synthetics and Emerging Technology Engineers travaillent sur des systèmes de simulation avancés, utilisant des technologies émergentes pour répondre aux besoins de formation et de simulation dans le secteur de la défense et de la sécurité publique.
Responsabilités Clés
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Conception et développement de solutions de simulation intégrées Live, Virtuel, et Constructif (LVC).
- Exploration et mise en œuvre des dernières innovations technologiques.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder la plupart des qualifications suivantes :
- Compétences dans la création de solutions de simulation LVC modernes.
- Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
- Maîtrise de plusieurs langages de programmation (C++, Java, Python).
- Compréhension des standards de simulation distribuée (HLA, DIS).
- Expérience avec des moteurs 3D comme Unity ou Unreal Engine.
- Connaissances en AI générative sont un plus.
- Citoyenneté finlandaise obligatoire.

- Design and develop integrated LVC simulation solutions for defense and public safety using experimentation and modern software development practices.

As Defense simulation engineer you meet most of the following qualifications:
- Knowledge in building modern LVC simulation solutions and their associated architectures including proven skills in Extended Reality
- 4+ years of professional software development working experience.
- Knowledge of several programming languages (C++, Java, Python)
- Knowledge of distributed simulation standards / protocols (HLA, DIS, C2SIM)
- Good understanding of Command and Control (C2) systems, datalinks, and technical Interfaces
- Unity, Unreal Engine, Omniverse, VBS or similar 3D engine expertise.
- Experience with cutting-edge XR devices such as Varjo XR-4, Apple Vision Pro
- Experience with 3D workflows such as CAD modeling, 3D modeling, terrain generation.
- Rapid prototyping and related design experience such as 3D printing and laser cutting.
- Knowledge of Generative AI
- Experience in QA with 3D environments
- A curious tech-oriented mindset that is open to change.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak in detail about our offerings.
- Ability to deliver what you promise.
- Finnish citizenship (mandatory)
