Description du Poste

À Propos du Rôle :
En tant qu’ingénieur AI Enablement, vous ne vous contenterez pas de suivre des directives : vous participerez activement à la création d’une organisation technologique moderne. Ceci est un rôle « greenfield », vous permettant d’établir des fondations concernant l’intégration de l’IA dans les processus de développement logiciel. Votre travail influencera directement la façon dont les équipes d’ingénierie développent et déploient des systèmes d’autonomie avancés.

Principales Responsabilités :

Évaluer et intégrer les meilleures outils et plateformes IA pour améliorer la productivité des développeurs.
Configurer les environnements de développement (IDEs, agents IA) selon les besoins de l’équipe.
Assurer la maintenabilité des systèmes tout en évitant la complexité accrue du code.
Organiser des ateliers et sessions de formation pour une adoption efficace de l’IA.
Jouer un rôle clé dans le déploiement de modèles de langage (LLM) spécifiques au code employé.

Profil Recherché

Compétences et Qualités :
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, un candidat idéal doit posséder une formation en ingénierie et une passion pour l’intégration de l’IA dans des environnements réels et complexes. Il est essentiel de favoriser la simplicité et la durabilité dans la création de systèmes.

Expérience Souhaitée :

Programmation avec des LLM ou intégration d’outils IA dans des environnements de développement.
Expérience en tant qu’ingénieur logiciel (la maîtrise de Python est un atout).
Compétences en communication technique, en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Compétences Techniques :

Expérience prouvée avec des plateformes IA, en particulier l’IA générative et les LLMs.
Capacités de configuration et de gestion des environnements de développement.

Atouts :

Familiarité avec l’adaptation de LLMs à un code interne.
Expérience avec l’infrastructure IA auto-hébergée.

Programming against LLMs or integrating them into internal developer tooling.
Working as a software engineer (Python experience is a strong plus, or a willingness to learn).

Efficient and precise technical communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

On the hard skills side, we’re looking for someone who has:

Proven experience with AI platforms, especially generative AI and LLMs.
The ability to configure and manage developer environments, including IDEs and plugins.
A strong grasp of the current AI productivity landscape, with the ability to evaluate tools critically and make informed decisions

Bonus points for:

Experience adapting LLMs to a specific internal codebase or domain.
Familiarity with self-hosted or private AI infrastructure, including CI/CD integration.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (we value hands-on expertise as much as formal credentials).
