Description du Poste d’AI Engineer Lead

À propos de cette opportunité : En tant que AI Engineer Lead, vous dirigerez le développement d’innovations en matière d’intelligence artificielle (IA) qui automatisent les processus RH complexes, améliorent l’expérience employé et fournissent des analyses commerciales inédites. Ce rôle unique constitue une occasion de façonner l’avenir de l’automatisation intelligente dans les technologies RH.

Responsabilités Clés

Vos responsabilités principales comprendront :

• Leadership en Architecture IA : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes IA à l’échelle d’entreprise.
• Développement de Solutions Agentiques IA : Créer des agents intelligents pour automatiser des tâches.
• Innovation : Créer des solutions novatrices par l’utilisation de l’IA.
• Scalabilité de l’Intelligence : Transformer notre plateforme d’automatisation existante avec des capacités IA avancées.

Compétences et Expériences Requises

Les qualifications souhaitées pour ce rôle incluent :

• Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en ingénierie IA/ML, dont 3 ans en leadership.
• Expertise approfondie en modèles de langage de grande taille et expérience en frameworks IA agentiques.
• Solide expérience en MLOps et architecture de systèmes IA à grande échelle.
• Maîtrise des outils modernes d’ingénierie ML.
• Antécédents avérés dans la direction d’équipes techniques sur des projets IA complexes.
• Compréhension des plateformes d’automatisation et des pratiques DevOps.
• Capacités de communication pour traduire des concepts IA complexes en résultats mesurables.

Job DescriptionAbout the opportunity…As our AI Engineer Lead , you’ll spearhead the development of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that automate complex HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and deliver unprecedented business intelligence.This isn’t just another AI engineering role – it’s an opportunity to pioneer intelligent automation in HR technology while leading a world-class team.Your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead AI Architecture: Design and implement enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Build Agentic AI Solutions: Create intelligent agents that automate tasks.
• Drive Innovation: Create innovative solutions through the use of AI.
• Scale Intelligence: Transform our existing automation platform with advanced AI capabilities.
• Develop Revolutionary AI: Design, deploy, and build agentic AI workflows for complex HR scenarios using Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems, including real-time processing pipelines and AI-powered integrations with 50+ SaaS platforms.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing AI team, fostering an AI center of excellence and driving strategic technical decisions.
• Drive Business Impact: Significantly reduce customer onboarding time, enhance SaaS integrations, and enable predictive HR analytics for smarter workforce decisions.
• Innovate the Platform: Integrate AI capabilities into our existing automation platform, build scalable ML infrastructure, ensure responsible AI practices, and design APIs/SDKs for customer-built AI workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock) and production experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
• Strong background in MLOps and scalable AI system architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern ML engineering tools.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform).
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar), enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
• A team builder who can hire, mentor, and develop AI/ML talent.
• An innovative communicator able to translate complex AI concepts and deliver measurable business outcomes.
