Tâches et Responsabilités Principales
- Collaborer avec des scientifiques et des ingénieurs AI/ML pour concevoir et évaluer des algorithmes.
- Interagir directement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs problématiques et les aider dans la mise en œuvre de solutions AI/ML.
- Établir des processus automatisés pour l’analyse de grandes quantités de données et le développement de modèles.
- Fournir des recommandations sur les meilleures pratiques et créer des contenus éducatifs pour les parties prenantes.
- Partagez des retours clients et du marché avec les équipes Produit et Ingénierie pour orienter le développement futur des produits.
Profil Recherché
Qualifications de Base :
- Expérience substantielle dans la création de modèles et pratique significative avec des modèles de langage de grande taille (LLMs).
- Compétences en algorithmes, optimisation numérique et apprentissage automatique.
- Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks de deep learning tels que TensorFlow et PyTorch.
- Compétences en ingénierie des données et communication efficace lors de présentations.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Diplôme avancé (PhD ou Master) en science informatique ou dans un domaine quantitatif.
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience dans le développement de logiciels prédictifs.
- Expérience pratique dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et dans la formation de modèles LLM.

#AWSKOREABASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Significant years of industry experience building models for business applications and significant experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
– Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing, neural deep learning methods and/or machine learning.
– Experience in using Python and hands-on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet.
– Experience using machine learning libraries, such as scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, MLlib
– Strong data engineering skills and communication and Data & AIML presentation skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– PhD or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or in a highly quantitative field.
– 7+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling and analysis, predictive software development.
– Practical experience in solving complex problems in an applied environment.
– Prior experience in training and fine-tuning of LLMs.
