Responsabilités clés
En tant qu’AI Product Researcher, vous serez intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe marketing et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de l’Architecture des Solutions AI. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :
- Promouvoir les produits de votre département dans toute l’Europe de l’Est.
- Établir des canaux de communication solides avec les clients pour cerner leurs besoins et valoriser l’offre.
- Améliorer la compréhension linguistique et les capacités de raisonnement des modèles de langage grâce à des stratégies optimisées.
- Réaliser des évaluations quantitatives et qualitatives des modèles LLM, avec des analyses approfondies pour optimiser leur performance.
Compétences et Qualifications
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, plusieurs compétences sont requises :
- Communication : Aptitudes exceptionnelles à communiquer efficacement.
- Analyse du marché : Capacité à mener des recherches approfondies et à identifier les tendances du marché.
- Présentation : Compétence en création de supports visuels attractifs et informatifs.
- Connaissances techniques : Solide expérience en apprentissage profond, en traitement du langage naturel, et familiarité avec des tâches telles que la classification de texte et l’analyse de sentiments.
- Expérience de projet : Capacité à concevoir et réaliser des agents de base de connaissances.
Des compétences supplémentaires en gestion de projets AI et en prétraitement des jeux de données sont souhaitables, notamment un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine.

Rémunération
Le salaire brut mensuel commence à 1750 EUR, avec la possibilité de négocier en fonction de votre expérience. En outre, vous bénéficierez d’un bonus variable équivalent à 12% de votre rémunération annuelle.

Your role involves building strong communication channels with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value of our products. This will drive business expansion and foster deep, cooperative relationships.In the realm of LLM model development and optimization, you will enhance the model’s language understanding, generation, and reasoning abilities by improving the attention mechanism. You will explore strategies such as model parallelism and mixed-precision training to boost training efficiency and resource utilization, ensuring stable training and efficient convergence on large-scale datasets.Your responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the department’s products.
- Actively build a communication bridge with customers
- Utilize and improve the attention mechanism to enhance the model’s language understanding, generation and reasoning abilities. Explore strategies such as model parallelism and mixed-precision training to improve training efficiency and resource utilization, and ensure the stable training and efficient convergence of the model on large-scale datasets.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations on the performance, quality and effect of LLM models. Based on the evaluation results, conduct in-depth analysis of the model’s strengths and weaknesses, and formulate targeted optimization strategies to continuously optimize the model’s performance in different application scenarios.
What You bring:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Possess sharp market insight and efficient information – gathering capabilities, and be able to independently conduct multi – channel research, accurately identify market trends, pain points of user needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Be proficient in creating presentation materials with excellent visual effects and prominent key content.
- Possess solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in deep learning, have an in-depth understanding of the principles and technical details of large language models,
- Be familiar with the basic tasks and technologies in the field of natural language processing, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, question answering systems, etc.
- Project Experience – be able to independently undertake the design and implementation of knowledge base agents
- Have sharp technical insight and problem-solving ability, be able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems
Nice-to-have skills:
- Those with experience in the delivery of AI products are preferred.
- Those who can independently complete the preprocessing of training sets and have experience in model stitching are preferred.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in AI project development or management.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1750 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum – it all depends on your experience!
