Description du Poste

b>ICF est en pleine expansion en Inde, avec un accent particulier sur le domaine du conseil en énergies renouvelables. Dans ce cadre, l’entreprise recherche un Analyste motivé pour contribuer à la création de produits et de services innovants, précis et de haute qualité. Le candidat idéal sera appelé à travailler sur plusieurs projets sous la supervision de collaborateurs à différents niveaux hiérarchiques.

Responsabilités Clés

• Recherche de données exhaustive : Maintenir une base de données complète des marchés énergétiques, infrastructures, politiques, prix et technologies émergentes.
• Préparation de documents stratégiques : Élaborer des études de faisabilité, évaluations de marché et dossiers techniques.
• Analyse des données : Développer des insights à partir des tendances de l’industrie pour identifier des opportunités pour les clients.
• Rédaction de rapports et présentations : Créer des documents détaillés destinés aux clients et parties prenantes.
• Conseil en affaires : Participer à la rédaction de propositions pour générer de nouvelles affaires.
• Modélisation financière : Élaborer des prévisions, analyses coûts-bénéfices et stratégies d’implémentation.
• Suivi de l’actualité réglementaire : Rester informé sur l’évolution des politiques et des nouvelles sectorielles liées aux énergies naturelles.
• Pensée critique : Publier des articles et des documents d’expertise sur des sujets d’actualité.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises

• Formation : Master ou Licence en ingénierie, économie, études énergétiques, politiques publiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Expérience : 1 à 2 ans dans le domaine de l’énergie, de l’infrastructure ou du conseil.
• Compétences analytiques : Capacité à identifier et collecter des informations pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes.
• Maîtrise des outils : Excel, PowerPoint et autres outils de visualisation de données.
• Compréhension du secteur énergétique indien : Connaissance des thèmes de transition énergétique et de l’interaction avec des organismes de réglementation.

Compétences Professionnelles

• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets sous des délais stricts.
• Éthique professionnelle, protection de l’information confidentielle.

The candidate should have a strong academic background, have an ability to quickly learn & master new concepts, establish & nurture relationships, and think logically & creatively. The ideal candidate will support strategic and regulatory assignments, carry out market and policy research, analyse industry data, and assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients across the various energy sectors. You will have the opportunity to apply academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and interact with experts and clients in the field, while building content knowledge and consulting skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive data research. Responsible for maintaining a large database of energy markets, infrastructure, policies, pricing, and emerging technologies that must be updated regularly. Data sources include data-providers, industry publications, regulatory agencies and web research.
• Support the preparation of strategic documents, submissions, feasibility studies, and market assessments.
• Analyse industry data and trends to develop insights and identify opportunities for clients.
• Prepare detailed project reports, policy briefs, client presentations, and stakeholder consultation material.
• Support generation of new business by contributing to proposal writing.
• Developing forecasts, cost-benefit analysis, financial models, and implementation strategies for public and private sector clients.
• Use data tools to build visualizations, scenario models etc. to support the client to make effective decision-making.
• Assist in managing client communications.
• Track regulatory developments, government policies, and industry news related to energy sectors such as natural gas, hydrogen, and bio-fuels sector.

• Be up to date on industry developments
• Publish whitepapers on relevant topics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in energy, infrastructure, or consulting domain.
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Identifies and collects the information needed to solve a problem effectively
• Ability to demonstrate strong quantitative and/or modeling skills, specifically database management and data analysis skills
• Hands-on knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite esp. Excel and Power Point.
• Good understanding of India’s Energy sector, including energy transition themes.
• Experience in working with regulatory bodies, utility companies, or government stakeholders would be preferred.
