Responsabilités principales

Le candidat retenu aura pour mission :

Soutenir le développement : Aider à la construction de la capacité en intelligence réglementaire, définir les processus opérationnels et superviser leur exécution.
Surveillance des régulations : Analyser l’émergence des régulations, des exigences de conformité et des normes industrielles pour évaluer les produits et opérations internes.
Gestion des données : Maintenir des bases de données réglementaires, des traceurs et des outils afin de favoriser la collecte et la diffusion efficace d’informations.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler avec des groupes multidisciplinaires dans le but de garantir une conformité proactive avec les exigences réglementaires changeantes.
Reporting : Produire des rapports et des briefings d’intelligence réglementaire concis et exploitables pour les parties prenantes internes.
Évaluations de conformité : Contribuer aux évaluations de conformité réglementaire et à l’élaboration de directives de remédiation.

Profil recherché

Pour ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :

Expérience : Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l’intelligence réglementaire, les relations réglementaires ou la conformité, de préférence dans le secteur technologique ou une industrie régulée.
Compétences analytiques : Une compréhension approfondie des cadres réglementaires mondiaux et des tendances politiques, ainsi qu’une capacité à interpréter les directives.
Compétences en communication : Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer et à s’organiser, capable de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement interfonctionnel.
Outils d’intelligence réglementaire : Une expérience avec les plateformes d’intelligence réglementaire est un atout.

📝 Description du poste : We are seeking an experienced analyst to support the operationalization of processes supporting a central Regulatory Intelligence capability within the Risk & Compliance function. This role will focus on developing a comprehensive framework to analyze the global regulatory landscape and identify relevant regulations, considering our diverse product portfolio and market presence.About The Role

Support building the regulatory intelligence capability, defining operational processes and leading their execution.
Monitor and analyze emerging regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards across the globe to assesss products and internal operations
Maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and tools to support efficient intelligence gathering and dissemination.
Collaborate within cross-functional groups to drive proactive adherence to the changing regulatory requirements, and support decision-making.
Deliver concise, actionable regulatory intelligence reports and briefings for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Support regulatory compliance assessments and contribute to the development of remediation guidance.

About You

Experience in regulatory intelligence, regulatory relations, compliance, preferably in either technology or regulated industry.
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, policy trends, and guidance interpretation, particularly related to product groups and market entry.
Excellent analytical skills, and proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory data into strategic insights.
Experience with regulatory intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable of working independently in a cross-functional environment.
