Ce rôle de comptable junior offre une expérience pratique essentielle dans les opérations comptables quotidiennes. Responsabilités Principales

Les missions incluent :

• Support des opérations comptables quotidiennes, traitement des factures et des rapprochements de fournisseurs.
• Assistance dans les activités de clôture mensuelle : *accruals*, *journal entries*, et rapprochements de comptes.
• Soutien à la gestion des commandes d’achat et vérification de l’appariement des factures.
• Collaboration avec d’autres équipes pour résoudre les écarts ou collecter les données manquantes.
• Maintien de dossiers financiers précis et contribution à l’amélioration des processus internes.
• Préparation et rapport d’audit selon les besoins.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Pour postuler, les candidats doivent posséder :

• Un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou finance, y compris les stages.
• Une compréhension solide des principes comptables de base.
• Compétence avec Excel ou Google Sheets.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with core accounting tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and audit support. It’s a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in accounting while contributing to process improvements and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliations;
• Assist with monthly close activities: accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations;
• Help track purchase orders and ensure proper invoice matching;
• Work closely with other teams to resolve discrepancies or gather missing data;
• Maintain accurate financial records and help improve internal processes;
• Contribute to audit preparation and reporting as needed.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships count!);
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, GLs, accruals, Financials);
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with accounting, P2P and ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite, NAV, SAP, Primavera, etc.);
• Familiarity with international accounting standards or working with global teams;
• A proactive mindset – you like improving how things are done, not just following instructions;
