Résumé du Programme
Ce poste s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme Army Prepositioned Stocks – 4, situé à Camp Carroll, en Corée. Le technicien de préparation devra respecter les réglementations de sécurité et environnementales, ainsi que le programme de sécurité "Zero Harm" de KBR.
Responsabilités du Poste
Le Readiness Technician joue un rôle clé en tant que point de contact principal pour le rapport de statut de l’unité (USR) et est responsable de la gestion des dossiers classifiés et non classifiés, en conformité avec les réglementations pertinentes. Ses responsabilités incluent :
- Maintenir et soumettre les rapports USR conformément aux exigences réglementaires.
- Effectuer des analyses de l’état des unités (MTOE/TDA) et gérer les données d’identification des unités (UIC).
- Servir de contact principal pour les questions relatives aux UIC.
- Fournir des rapports bi-hebdomadaires sur la préparation aux autorités concernées.
- Évaluer et préparer les demandes de prêt d’équipements.
Exigences du Poste
Les qualifications nécessaires pour ce poste incluent :
- Être citoyen américain avec un passeport valide.
- Posséder une autorisation de sécurité secrète active.
- Un diplôme en gestion de la qualité, gestion logistique, ou un domaine connexe est requis.
- Une connaissance approfondie des systèmes automatisés de traitement des données, y compris le GCSS-Army, est essentielle.

The Small Arms QC Inspector will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR’s Zero Harm program.Job SummaryThe Readiness Technician performs as a primary point of contact for the Unit Status Report (USR) responsible for maintaining classified and unclassified records, files, reports, and forms in accordance with the following regulations: Information Assurance (AR 25‐2) and The Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) (AR 25‐400‐2). Readiness personnel must have an individual Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) account to perform a Unit Status Report (USR) in the Defense Readiness Reporting System‐Army (DRRS‐A) database; Prepares USR Reports IAW AR 220‐1 and AR 700‐138, Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability; Analyzes unit MTOE/TDA, evaluates requirements, researches, and inputs/updates Unit Identification Code (UIC) data for an Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), Separate Reportable Units (SRU), and Sustainment Brigade (SBDE) UICs initiated by HQDA; Coordinates, prepares and submits UIC reports through the Defense Readiness Reporting System‐Army (DRRS‐A) database IAW DA PAM 220‐1, includes data additions, deletions, transfers and changes on a periodic basis and as organizations identity or status changes occur; Serves as the primary point of contact for the AFSBn‐NEA on UIC-related issues; Performs periodic audits of the UIC database to ensure accuracy; Provides a Bi‐Weekly Readiness Report to the local government readiness and Supply Division Chief; Provides logistical support to major and secondary managers in supply and maintenance divisions; Attends planning sessions, develops and organizes logistics program data and information into project papers, reports, briefings, studies and performs an analysis to improve the processes; Recommends current and future plans to the PBO by synchronizing existing equipment on‐hand and managers on optimization initiatives on equipment, create a sequence of priorities, based on mission requirements, to realign on‐hand equipment; Evaluates, and prepares equipment loan requests to validate that the correct equipment configuration is requested and identifies substitute equipment that will meet unit requirements; Prepares cost estimates for equipment preparation, issue, and return to include supplies that will be used during the issue and return; Develops reports to capture, calculate and report based on historical equipment issues; Performs other duties as assigned.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvides end‐of‐day status reports during USR periods of 1st through 17th to the local government Readiness Branch Chief, Supply Division Chief, Property Book Officer (PBO), Maintenance Division Chief, and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Readiness Team.Must have Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool (DST) access. View reports in DST to enable the command to optimize their equipment on‐hand, fill shortages, and identify excess equipment based on current and future approved Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Tactical Decision Aid (TDA) authorizations.Has a strong knowledge of the GCSS-Army, and needs to have a good understanding of how to use LIW to be able to get the proper information required for the job.Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport.Possess an active Secret Clearance is mandatory.Ability to provide documentation to qualify as US EXPAT Invited Contractor Status and SOFA Visa IAW USFK 700-19 Regulation.Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Management, or related Engineering.
