Description du poste
Le poste à pourvoir est celui de Senior Backend Engineer au sein de l’équipe Fintech, localisée à Riyad, en Arabie Saoudite. Ce rôle offre l’opportunité de mettre à profit des compétences techniques avancées tout en contribuant à des projets stratégiques essentiels. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience significative en tant que contributeur clé ainsi qu’un fort esprit d’équipe.
Responsabilités principales
Le titulaire du poste sera amené à :
- Participer à la prise de décisions architecturales sur une plateforme utilisée par des millions d’utilisateurs.
- Contribuer à la migration d’applications monolithiques vers une architecture microservices.
- Améliorer et sécuriser l’architecture backend pour soutenir la croissance en utilisateurs et en produits.
- Utiliser des technologies comme Docker, Kubernetes, sur Google Cloud Platform.
- Coacher et accompagner les membres de l’équipe en tant que sénior.
- Participer aux efforts de tests automatisés et de documentation.
Qualifications requises
Le candidat devra réunir les qualifications suivantes :
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en développement backend, idéalement avec des langages tels que GoLang, Ruby on Rails, Java ou Python.
- Expertise en bases de données, notamment PostgreSQL et NoSQL.
- Connaissance approfondie de l’architecture logicielle, notamment DDD et microservices.
- Expérience en migration d’applications monolithiques et en traitement de paiements ou dans le domaine Fintech est souhaitable.
- Capacité d’adaptation et compétences en résolution de problèmes dans un environnement dynamique.

You should have a solid understanding of normal forms, ACID principles, isolation levels, indexing, query optimization, and memory caching (e.g., Redis, Memcached).Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and logging tools such as Grafana.Deep understanding of software architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.Experience with monolithic migration.Experience in Payment processing or Fintech domain is desirable.Strong testing mindset with experience writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.Adaptability & problem-solving skills – Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and make informed decisions.Additional Information
