Description du poste

Lieu : NEOM, Arabie Saoudite

AtkinsRéalis recherche un Senior Reporting Manager axé sur l’analyse de données et l’automatisation. Ce rôle crucial implique :

• La gestion et la soumission de rapports exécutifs mensuels et tableaux de bord.
• La coordination de réunions de haut niveau avec préparation et distribution de documents exécutifs.
• L’application d’analytique avancée pour interpréter des données et extraire des tendances stratégiques.
• La conception de stratégies d’automatisation pour améliorer la précision et l’efficacité des rapports.

Responsabilités clés

• Surveiller la création de rapports internes, y compris les rapports d’avancement mensuels.
• Agir en tant que liaison principale pour la collecte de données et les exigences de reporting.
• Développer des cadres et modèles de reporting standardisés.
• Mener des décisions basées sur des données complexes.
• Optimiser des outils de reporting tels que Power BI et Tableau.

Compétences et qualifications requises

Connaissances :

• Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes de reporting automatisés.
• Compétence en Power BI et autres outils de visualisation.
• Capacités de gestion d’équipe et de coordination interfonctionnelle.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

Qualifications :

• Diplôme dans un domaine technique pertinent.
• Minimum de 20 ans d’expérience dans le reporting de grands chantiers.

Coordinate high-level meetings by overseeing the preparation, review and distribution of executive materials and maintaining communication across various teams. Apply advanced analytics to interpret data, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Lead the design and implementation of a strategy to automate reporting by integrating various systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.Key accountabilities & activities:

• Supervise the creation and submission of internal executive reports including but not limited to Monthly Progress Reports, Dashboards and other critical reporting mandates.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of materials Executive Leadership meetings.
• Manage development and timely update of all reports with stakeholder alignment.
• Act as primary liaison for data collection and communication of reporting requirements.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and templates.
• Ensure stakeholders understand timelines and deliverables.
• Promote data-driven decisions through complex data interpretation.
• Drive innovation in data analytics and automate reporting through system integration.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain a reliable documentation repository.
• Mentor team members in data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Optimize reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with IT for data integration and reporting system efficiency.

Background, skills & qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience implementing automated reporting systems using integrated data sources.
• Expertise in Power BI and other visualization packages.
• Skilled in creating, maintaining, and validating various reports using Microsoft Office and BI tools.
• Team management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of controls/reporting in large-scale projects.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with dual reporting lines.
• Ability to consult, influence, and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in major capital works reporting.
