Description du poste
Le Directeur Artistique intégré à l’équipe créative APAC sera en relation directe avec le Directeur Artistique du Studio APAC. Cette fonction requiert une collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de Marketing de Marque afin de livrer des narrations et expériences de marque de premier ordre, tant pour les clients existants que pour les prospects. Le Directeur Artistique devra fournir des solutions créatives à travers des campagnes majeures et des moments hebdomadaires, tout en respectant le ton de la marque et ses propositions uniques de vente (USP).
Responsabilités quotidiennes
- Conception de la stratégie, du positionnement et de la direction artistique des campagnes pour la région APAC.
- Développement et exécution d’une vision de campagne à travers plusieurs disciplines créatives : communication, direction artistique, design visuel et systèmes typographiques.
- Maintien de la voix de la marque et des standards créatifs pendant toutes les étapes, de la conception à la livraison.
- Analyse et interprétation des données de performance des campagnes pour influencer les stratégies créatives.
- Organisation de sessions de brainstorming transfonctionnelles pour le développement de briefs créatifs.
- Gestion de la production créative, coordination d’équipe et livraison de haute qualité.
- Établir des relations solides avec des collaborateurs potentiels, tels que des photographes et des producteurs locaux.
Qualifications requises
- Entre 8 et 10 ans d’expérience directe dans des marques de détail moyennes à grandes ou des agences.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projet et en leadership d’équipe.
- Éducation supérieure dans un domaine lié à la créativité.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant des délais stricts.
- Passion authentique pour la création de marques et les opérations créatives.

Partnering with the Brand Marketing team, the Art Director will be responsible for delivering best-in-class brand storytelling and creative experiences to our existing and prospective guests. Representing an athletic apparel brand, the Art Director will provide creative solutions through Tier 3 campaign and smaller weekly moments while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and our product USP, ensuring our guests continue to develop a deep understanding of our brand motto, product innovation, product fit, and function. The Art Director will work collaboratively with Creative Ops, Creative Strategist, Copywriters, cross-functional brand partners, and external agencies to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions.A day in the life
- Conceptualizing strategic positioning, platform and artistic direction of campaigns, productions, and projects for APAC
- Develop and execute a campaign vision across multiple creative disciplines which include (but may not be limited to):
- Creative Direction Communication via Deck Building (InDesign, Keynote, Powerpoint)
- Artistic Direction and Enrollment Briefing

- Safeguarding the brand by maintaining lululemon’s visual language.
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of new in-region campaigns, including ideation, execution, and review.
- Ensuring a consistent and unified brand experience across various mediums and channels, such as windows, visual merchandising, e-commerce, film, social media, and advertising.
- Maintaining strong connections with the global Creative team to stay updated on the brand’s creative direction.
- Delivering creative solutions efficiently within specified timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Developing creative briefs, strategies, and executions through collaboration with cross-functional partners (marketing, strategy, product, R&D).
- Driving the concept-to-execution process for brand and product storytelling across channels.
- Operating and delivering creative executions for campaigns of varying scales.

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of direct experience in medium to large retail brands or agencies, covering both online and offline execution.
- Experience working with external creative and production partners.
- Experience and exposure working in a regional office will be a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a creative-related field.
- Experience leading a project team.
- Positive approach to problem-solving through analytical thinking and operational efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to project changes, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Genuine passion for brand creative and creative operations.
- Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
