As an assembly Team Leader , you will play a key role in ensuring our trailers are finished to the highest standard at our manufacturing facility. This role includes managing a team of 5-7 and will also require you to be hands on in the assembly bay.This role will include working with various materials and tasks including, wheels, axles, rams, plumbing with nylon hose, wiring and fitting pre-made looms and assembling pre-manufactured parts. This role is variable in that it covers a wide range of tasks assembling only the highest quality well known brands like WABCO, SAF, BPW & Michelin. Training on these brands will also be offered.If you have a background in either manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, machinery this role will be a good match for you.Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all health and safety statements, regulations and matters that the role involves

• We are looking for a team lead who can manage his own time effectively, manage & motivate the team and communicate clearly to other departments.
