Description du poste : Job Category: Hotel-Human ResourcesJob Description:The Assistant Government Relations Manager supports the Human Resources team and the Hotel Management in managing and nurturing relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders. This role assists in monitoring legislative developments, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulators, and public institutions.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant legislative and regulatory developments that may affect the organization.
  • Support in the development and execution of government relations strategies and advocacy campaigns.
  • Prepare briefing materials, policy summaries, position papers, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, events, and forums involving government stakeholders.
  • Track lobbying activities and ensure accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Assist in drafting communication with government agencies and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Support internal departments (legal, compliance, operations) with government-related matters.
  • Maintain updated records of legislative activities and stakeholder contacts.
  • Conduct research on public policy issues and provide timely insights to management.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in political science, Public Policy, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, regulatory compliance, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of political and regulatory systems, including legislative and policy-making processes.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or stakeholder management tools.
