Description du poste : Job Description:About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at Home Centre, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape-especially female customer behavior-paired with solid experience in event planning, media management, and content localization. She will play a critical role in shaping brand presence, driving in-store traffic, and delivering campaigns that resonate with the Saudi audience.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in developing, adapting, and executing 360° marketing campaigns tailored to the Saudi market.
- Customer-Centric Insight: Leverage a strong understanding of Saudi consumers-especially female shoppers-to inform strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Event & Activation Management: Plan and execute store activations, seasonal events, PR stunts, and in-mall activities that drive brand love and footfall.
- Social Media Support: Coordinate with the social media team to localize, adapt, or co-create content in Arabic that aligns with current trends and Home Centre’s tone of voice.
- Media Planning & Buying: Support in planning and executing paid media strategies across digital, print, OOH, and influencer partnerships.
- Marketing Operations: Manage day-to-day marketing workflows, budgeting, supplier coordination, store support, and internal reporting.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of cultural, consumer, and retail trends within the Kingdom to proactively shape marketing initiatives.
- Agency & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Performance Tracking: Support in analyzing campaign and media performance, drawing insights to inform future strategy.
Qualifications:Key Requirements
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer-focused sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of event management, media buying, and localized campaign execution.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital media and content marketing.
- Familiar with Saudi culture and consumer habits, particularly in female-led purchase decisions.
