Job Purpose To assists Agency Distribution in derives the objective of the business and achieving the goals set by the company. . The Job Handling special large corporates such as the Malindo Aviation insurance and Travel insurance operations inclusive of Renewal, Endorsement, Payment, any others related operation. Liaison person on GSM association and GELFAAM for the ongoing activities and future proposition. Liaison person for cluster groups in GEGM Life Agent Channel. Providing support and coordination for the campaign and strategic planning of the Life Agent Channel Segment. Initiate new product to cater the Life Agent market needs. Other key initiatives that deemed to be relevant Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. The Person: Degree in any discipline or insurance qualification eg CMII, AMII or DMII Experiences in sales or marketing; preferably in Financial Products and agent management Good command of English language [both spoken and written] High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes Great Eastern Malaysia is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity, and all qualified applicants shall receive a fair and equal consideration for employment.
