Description du poste : We are a multicultural team looking for a Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer in Lviv city!If you have superior attention to details, great organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines please send your CV and be a part of PayPro Global.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for the CEOSchedule and arrange meetings/ conference callsManage the employer’s calendar and appointment schedulingMonitor all CEO’s incoming emails and direct them appropriatelyPrepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentationsReserve venues for the meetingsMake travel arrangements and reportsPerform as a liaison between the employer and employees from all the departmentsPrepare facilities for scheduled eventsOrder and receive office equipmentRun various business errandsMain Requirements:University DegreeFluent English is a must Oral / Written / Spoken * Knowledge of Portuguese will be a big plusDiscretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential/private informationFlexibility and adaptabilityTact and diplomacyStrong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitaskStrong social skillsSense of humorProven experience working as a personal assistant is an advantageWhat we offer:Challenging job within a leading foreign companyGood career and professional development opportunities$ based salaryBenefits package: Yoga, English classes, Dental Insurance
