Responsabilités principales
Le ou la candidate retenue sera responsable de plusieurs tâches essentielles, notamment :
- Validation des processus : Assurer toutes les étapes de validation et vérification des processus, équipements et méthodes, conformément aux réglementations GMP et locales.
- Calibration : Élaborer et suivre les plans de calibration, reporter les résultats et assurer le suivi des actions nécessaires.
- Communication : Transmettre les résultats d’analyses et contrôles aux départements concernés.
- Études de sécurité alimentaire : Participer à des études HACCP et de sécurité alimentaire.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Langue : Bonnes compétences en lecture et écriture en anglais.
- Analyse statistique : Connaissances solides et capacité à penser de manière analytique.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes : Capacité à planifier et à communiquer efficacement, avec un esprit orienté résultats.
- Précision : Capacité à travailler de manière méticuleuse et à suivre les travaux assidûment.
- Esprit d’équipe : Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les autres.
- Expérience : Antécédents dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou alimentaire, particulièrement en validation et calibration dans un environnement réglementé par GMP/MOH.
- Connaissances réglementaires : Familiarité avec les exigences réglementaires (GMP, normes de l’UE, Ministère de l’Agriculture).
- Gestion de projets : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement de fabrication dynamique.

📝 Description du poste : Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the “Assistant Quality Validation & Calibration Manager, Lüleurgaz ” Take this opportunity to GROW together!Be responsible from the following requirements:
- Directly responsible of all the steps of process, equipment and method validations and verification in accordance with GMP & local regulations
- Creating and following the calibration plans, reporting the results, following the actions
- Communicating the results of the analyzes and controls to the relevant departments
- Including the HACCP and Food Safety studies
About You:
- Good reading and writing skills in English
- Good statistical analyze knowledge – Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, result and success-oriented
- Will be able to work carefully, meticulously and follow up work
- Prone to teamwork
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
- Experience in validation, verification and calibration processes, preferably in a GMP/MOH regulated environment
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, EU, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry)
- Experience with HACCP and Food Safety
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
