Description du poste : We seek a highly motivated Associate AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve real-world problems. The role involves working with large datasets, training models, fine-tuning deep learning architectures, and integrating AI solutions into production systems.Educational /Professional ExperienceBSCS/BSIT/BSSE/MSCS or relevant degreeMinimum 1-2 Year of relevant experienceTimings: Full TimeLocation: LahoreKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy LLM-based chatbots with advanced conversational capabilities.Integrate and fine-tune AI models, including OpenAI (GPT-4, DALL·E, Whisper, etc.), Grok, and DeepSeek models for diverse applications.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to enhance AI-driven search and recommendation systems.Work on Agent-based AI models for task automation, intelligent decision-making, and workflow optimization.Leverage Vision AI and Generative AI to create image, video, and text-generation solutions.Design and implement AI-driven automation in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.Develop scalable backend solutions using Python and Node.js, integrating AI models via APIs and microservices.Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Generative AI to enhance AI applications.Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation in all projects.Job SpecificationRequirementsProven experience working with LLMs, RAG, and Agent-based AI models for real-world applications.Strong understanding of OpenAI API integration, including text, image, and voice-based models.Expertise in Grok and DeepSeek models for AI-driven automation and chatbot development.Experience with Vision AI and Generative AI for multimodal applications.Solid background in backend development with Python and Node.js, including API development, microservices, and database integration.Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and AI-powered automation for e-commerce platforms.Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and their role in RAG-based AI systems.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.API Development: Ability to build RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django for AI-powered applications.Mathematical & Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistics, optimization techniques, and gradient descent algorithms.
