In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner in the Miami, FL firm.The ideal candidate is a highly skilled legal professional who thrives on tackling complex cases and is eager to advance their career. Opportunity to work closely alongside senior attorneys, gain valuable insights from their expertise, and refine their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.Position Details:
- Representation in all phases of litigation involving first and third party cases.
- Investigating cases and gathering evidence.
- Advising clients on legal matters.
- Filing court documents and drafting pleadings.
- Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
- Negotiating settlements and appealing court decisions.
