Responsabilités et Tâches
Le poste comporte plusieurs responsabilités clés :
- Transparence des Coûts : Veiller à ce que les données financières soient claires et intelligibles.
- Conciliations Périodiques : Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données à travers des vérifications régulières.
- Reporting et Validation : Générer des rapports pour évaluer les performances financières.
- Préparation de l’Année 2026 : Collaborer à la planification budgétaire pour l’année à venir.
- Suivi des Coûts : Contrôler les dépenses et veiller à la conformité avec les budgets établis.
- Collaboration Fnancière : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des finances pour garantir une cohésion dans la gestion budgétaire.
Exigences du Poste
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent satisfaire à certaines conditions préalables :
- Formation : Master ou expérience équivalente en économie, finance ou domaine connexe, de préférence d’une université ou école de commerce danoise.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Des connaissances de logiciels additionnels comme Workfront et SAP seront également un atout.
- Communication : Capacité à s’exprimer efficacement en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Être à l’aise dans la gestion des relations interpersonnelles dans un environnement dynamique.
- Compréhension Financière : Une bonne appréciation des détails financiers est essentielle pour le poste.
- Outils Digitaux : Connaissance de certaines plateformes digitales, telles que Miro et Teams.
